Adina Fischer
With over a decade of experience in equity derivatives operations at Barclays, BTG Capital, and Wells Fargo, Adina built high-performing systems that set new standards in traditional finance. She then bridged that expertise into crypto, spearheading operations for Republic Capital's first crypto fund and guiding its transition to a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).
At a16z crypto, Adina drove technical operations for 2½ years, leading more than 30 token launches and managing $3 billion in assets across custody, staking, governance, and trading infrastructure. She also authored Operational Guidelines for Token Launches, a widely cited framework for launching tokens efficiently and compliantly.
By consistently optimizing vendor relationships and reducing costs, Adina has delivered 20–50% savings for clients, all while ensuring best-in-class operational and security standards. Her expertise lies in designing and scaling operational frameworks that empower funds, protocols, and infrastructure platforms to grow rapidly, securely, and sustainably.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for Cornell Blockchain Club as well as an advisor for Plug and Play.
